Follow this story from start to finish. A barn find Hemi 1969 Coronet R/T that hadn't been started in 10 years to a complete restoration by Larry Goodin in Newark, OH. 85 year old Ron Powell will be reunited and see his car along with current owner and friend of The Boggs Stable Dennis Elkins at the unveiling.
Found in Lucasville, OH I purchased these 2 Coronet cars from a Father Ron Powell & Son Mark Powell who had not driven the cars in 10 years and had not started them in nearly 5. The 1969 Coronet Hemi Tribute went to my good friend Dennis Elkins who I had been searching for a car for. We winched the car out of the barn on a Saturday morning, had it running by Sunday evening, power washed and waxed it on Monday and trailered it to Larry Goodin to begin the restoration.
